The construction, remodeling, automotive, and marine trades industries face a growing shortage of qualified workers. Hundreds of thousands of skilled positions go unfilled every year — not because people aren't interested, but because training costs create a barrier to entry.
NRC bridges that gap. Through our scholarship program, we fund students attending accredited trade schools, vocational programs, and apprenticeships in construction, automotive, and marine trades — covering tuition, tools, certifications, and mentorship.
